Kingshot beginner start (first 14 days)

Goal

Survive the tutorial cleanly, then spend the first two weeks building a city that can fight — not a warehouse of random troops.

Day 0–3

1. Finish the tutorial so gift codes unlock (redeem guide).
2. Push Town Center and the three troop buildings together — Kingshot gates higher tiers behind city progress.
3. Put early gems into construction / research speed only when a timed event asks for it.

Day 4–14

• At day 14, Plains fog lifts — expand gathering, don’t empty hospitals.
• Keep a balanced Infantry / Cavalry / Archer triangle (use the troop calculator).
• Bank speedups toward the first Castle Battle (~day 54) and early growth events.

Heroes

Prioritize a main march of 3 (one infantry, one cavalry, one archer lead when you can). Strip gear from off-march heroes — gear only matters when you start the rally.
