Age of Truegold basics
What unlocks at day 70, which buildings to promote first, and how War Academy fits later.
Day 70 — Age of Truegold
After kingdom age 70, selected buildings can take Truegold (TG) levels beyond the normal cap. This is the pivot from “early city” to mid-game power.
Promote first
- Troop buildings — unlock higher troop tiers / TG troop paths
- Command-style capacity buildings — marches & rally size
- Core economy buildings that gate everything else
Don’t TG vanity buildings before camps and capacity.
Later milestones
- Day 150 — TG level 5 + Truegold Crucible (resource conversion)
- Day 220 — War Academy (advanced research; path toward top troop tiers)
- Day 310–320 — Tempered Truegold window

Practical tip
Officer / forgehammer events after Truegold are worth calendar time — before day 70 they are mostly noise.
